These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Woy platform, including the mobile app, website, features, content feeds, marketplace, advertising tools, job posting tools, wallet features, and other related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Woy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Woy is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using Woy, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement under applicable law.

2. Description of Service

Woy is a digital platform that may allow users to:

• Create, upload, post, and interact with short videos, images, text, and voice-based content
• Comment, react, engage with creators, and participate in community features
• Buy, sell, or promote products and services in a marketplace environment
• Post and browse employment opportunities
• Use a wallet or digital coin feature, including WoyHT coin or similar in-app credit systems
• Purchase promotional placements, ad services, or boosted visibility features
• Use multilingual features, including English, Haitian Creole, and French where available

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure.

• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You may not impersonate another person, business, or organization
• You may not create duplicate or misleading accounts to bypass rules
• Usernames must be unique and may not infringe on another party’s rights

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on Woy. However, by uploading or publishing content, you grant Woy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content for the operation, improvement, and marketing of the service.

You may not post or share content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Contains threats, harassment, hate speech, or incitement of violence
• Includes scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive claims
• Violates another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited material

Woy is designed to encourage respectful and useful community participation. You agree not to misuse the platform or harm other users.

• No bullying, harassment, abuse, or intimidation
• No attempts to hack, scrape, disrupt, or overload the system
• No posting of false, dangerous, or intentionally misleading information
• No sharing of private personal information without permission

6. Marketplace

Woy may provide a marketplace or classified-style feature that enables users to list, promote, buy, or sell goods and services.

Woy is only a platform provider and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

• Woy does not guarantee quality, delivery, safety, legality, or authenticity of listings
• Woy is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, or fraud arising from marketplace activity
• Users are solely responsible for evaluating sellers, listings, payments, and deliveries

7. Job Postings

Woy may allow employers or businesses to post jobs while allowing job seekers to browse or search listings.

• Employers may be charged a posting fee or subscription fee
• Job seekers may be allowed to view listings free of charge
• Woy does not verify every employer, applicant, or listing
• Woy is not responsible for hiring decisions, employment disputes, or the truthfulness of job posts

8. Wallet, Coins, and Payments

Woy may offer wallet functionality, digital credits, or coin-based features such as WoyHT Coins for use within the app for promotions, ads, boosts, or other approved platform services.

• Wallet balances may only be used in ways allowed by Woy
• Unless required by law, purchases and digital credit transactions may be final and non-refundable
• Woy is not a bank, money transmitter, or insured financial institution unless expressly stated otherwise
• Coin or wallet values may be limited to in-platform use unless official redemption rules are published

9. Advertising and Promotions

Woy may allow users, creators, or businesses to purchase ads, boosted placements, sponsored content, or promoted marketplace listings.

• Ads must be lawful, truthful, and non-deceptive
• Woy may review, reject, pause, or remove ads at its discretion
• Ad placement, duration, targeting, and fees may change over time
• Woy is not responsible for advertiser results, conversion rates, or business outcomes

10. Suspension or Termination

Woy may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or content at any time if a user violates these Terms, creates legal risk, harms the platform, abuses other users, or engages in fraud or prohibited conduct.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Woy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to These Terms

Woy may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
